People and their feelings can get messy. The human side of business is truly the most difficult part of running any business since it involves emotions, feelings and opinions.
Contrary to popular belief, dealing with the
human side of business doesn’t mean that the owner or manager has to get ‘soft" constantly dealing with tears flowing or tempers flaring. It means that an employee is looked at as a person with potential and how that potential will benefit the business. We will discuss acquiring a team that is true to your vision and review methods to keep the drama out along with developing systems for a strong business environment.
